We are currently only shipping to the United States and US territories. All orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska will ship with USPS, please allow for additional time in transit.

No. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

The shelf life of our products varies greatly depending on the type of product, and type of packaging it comes in. We also do not put chemical preservatives on any of our products, which can result in a shorter shelf life than similar products on the market. 
The following are rough windows of time you can expect with our products.

• 2 - 4 years: Salmon, Mackerel, Mussels

• 3 - 12 months : All other products

Occasionally we will send our soups and grains with shorter shelf lives, but never less than 3 months. If you ever receive soups or grains with too little time to enjoy before their Best By Date, please feel free to reach out to us and we will replace the product with fresher product, or refund you.

Based on three pillars, it requires farmers to use practices that ensure healthy soil, the ethical and humane treatment of animals, and fairness for farmers and workers. It was created to address the climate crisis, soil degradation, biodiversity loss, factory farming and fractured rural economies globally.

ROC™ has three levels: ROC Bronze, ROC Silver and ROC Gold. Each requires a different number and scope of regenerative and organic practices used. Farms are required to improve through the different levels over the years in order to maintain certification. (Learn more.)
