Products are generally shipped within a day of your order via UPS, FedEx, USPS or Ontrac ground service. Our distribution center is in Washington so shipments will usually arrive in 3 to 6 business days, depending upon destination. Shipments to northwestern addresses will usually take 3 days, and shipments to northeastern or southeastern addresses will usually take 5-6 days. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking information once your order has been shipped.

No. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

The shelf life of our products varies greatly depending on the type of product, and type of packaging it comes in. We also do not put chemical preservatives on any of our products, which can result in a shorter shelf life than similar products on the market. 
The following are rough windows of time you can expect with our products.

• 2 - 4 years: Salmon, Mackerel, Mussels

• 3 - 12 months : All other products

Occasionally we will send our soups and grains with shorter shelf lives, but never less than 3 months. If you ever receive soups or grains with too little time to enjoy before their Best By Date, please feel free to reach out to us and we will replace the product with fresher product, or refund you.

It was created to address the climate crisis, soil degradation, biodiversity loss, factory farming and fractured rural economies globally.
